Registration Instructions for Suppliers

 

To complete your registration as a supplier with Ithaca College:

 

1. Click the link we provided to you via email to log in using your email address. You will be prompted to create a new password. The email address this request was sent to will be your user name.

2. On the Supplier Portal page, click Manage Profile on the left side of the screen under Company Profile.

3. In the top right corner of the screen, click Edit.

4. Under Organization Details, click the Tax Organization Type dropdown menu and select the appropriate option.

5. Click the Tax Identifiers tab near the top of the screen.

6. Click the Taxpayer Country dropdown menu and select your country.

7. Type your Tax ID Number (or Social Security Number) in the Taxpayer ID field that appears.

8. Verify your Address and Contacts and make any changes if necessary.

9. If you prefer to be paid via check, skip to step 11 and a check will be automatically processed. If you would like to be paid electronically - Click the Payments tab, click Payment Methods and choose Electronic, click the Bank Accounts tab, and click the  icon to enter banking information.

10. Click the Country dropdown and select the appropriate option, Type the Account Number into the corresponding fields, Click the Bank Branch dropdown, scroll to the bottom of the list, and click Search to look up the bank branch by routing number. Type your routing and transit number in the Bank Branch field (second from the top), then click the Search button. The name of your branch may not be listed; it is the routing number that must be chosen. Click the OK button when finished. Check that your bank name now appears on the previous page under Bank Country.

11. Click the Review Changes button in the top right corner of the screen.

12. Review all information for accuracy, then click the Submit button. A confirmation message will appear. Click Done.
